The circus is in town! A free carnival and cabaret celebrating John Waters, Divine, and their fabulously filthy films.
Roll-up, roll-up, for The Filthiest Carnival Alive. Inspired by Divine's Cavalcade of Perversion in Multiple Maniacs, Manchester's trashiest drag queens, show folk, and delinquents take over HOME.
Check out freaky acts such as the Puke Eater and The Christmas Tree Flinger, all in homage to John Waters films. Head to La Lipstick Beauty Salon to be given Divine eyebrows or a signature pencil moustache. You'll be thrilled and appalled by the cabaret where one of the performers will take the crown as The Filthiest Person Alive!
At 8.15pm HOME will screen Pink Flamingos in a special screening where brave viewers will be presented with their own sick bag and edible gift to eat during the final scene of the film.*
